    Для замещения вакантной должности мы объявляем конкурс на позицию Менеджер по обучению и развитию коммерческих подразделений.

    Основные задачи:

    • Знание специфики фармбизнеса, понимание как влияют L&D инструменты на бизнес результат;
    • Определение приоритетов в обучении сотрудников Field Force и поиск необходимых L&D решений с целью профессионального развития сотрудников компании в дистанционном и аудиторном формате;
    • Участие в разработке и внедрении системы обучения для сотрудников Field Force всех уровней, приоритет - развитие региональных менеджеров;
    • Организация и проведение цикла аудиторных и дистанционных тренингов, инструментов пост-тренингового сопровождения от Induction до тренингов опытных сотрудников, а также кадрового резерва;
    • Подготовка и проведение центров оценки и развития сотрудников, в том числе разработка кейсов, ролевых игр для оценочных и обучающих мероприятий, участие в качестве ролевого игрока/наблюдателя;
    • Разработка учебных материалов (презентации, раздаточные, другие материалов) для тренингов, других обучающих программ;
    • Разработка, организация и проведение мероприятий по оценке эффективности программ обучения и системы в целом;
    • Полевое сопровождение сотрудников, обновление стандартов и подходов, приоритет - развитие региональных менеджеров;
    • E-Learning: Организация и развитие дистанционного обучения, подготовка учебных материалов для электронных образовательных курсов;
    • Создание интерактивных учебных курсов, курсов симуляторов, диалоговых тренажеров, видео курсов, тестов, опросов памяток, инструкций;
    • Организация съемок обучающих видеокурсов с привлечением внутренних экспертов, монтирование видео, размещение курсов на платформе LMS;
    • Взаимодействие с внутренними заказчиками и экспертами по вопросам разработки курсов: сбор материала, уточнение запроса, согласование учебного контента.

    Профиль успешного кандидата:

    • Опыт работы в фармбизнесе или смежном бизнесе от 2 лет;
    • Опыт построения системы обучения, разработки и проведения тренингов;
    • Опыт создания он-лайн курсов, видеоуроков, диалоговых тренажеров;
    • Опыт администрирования LMS и понимание принципов их работы;
    • Умение пользоваться техническими средствами, приложениям и программами для разработки обучающих курсов;
    • Продвинутые навыки владения MS Office (особенно PowerPoint);
    • Знание трендов и лучших практик электронного обучения (e-learning);
    • Навыки управления проектами.
