    We are seeking a Group Product Manager (Neuro) to join our team.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Product Managers
    • Develop long-term brand and market strategies for a group of brands
    • Collaborate with key Rx brands in retail segments
    • Handle forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities
    • Translate strategies into actionable milestones, assign tasks, and ensure cross-functional teamwork
    • Ensure timely delivery of objectives and maximize financial and market outcomes
    • Manage marketing plan execution through continuous team interaction and progress reviews
    • Assess and optimize the effectiveness of tactical initiatives
    • Identify and engage with key customers at various stages of the product value chain
    • Build relationships with key customers, align brand goals, and explore new business opportunities
    • Optimize customer relationships to create brand advocates
    • Interact with global marketers

    Success profile:

    • University degree
    • Minimum 3 years of SPM experience or 2 years of GPM experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in retail marketing
    • Experience working in an international company
    • Management experience with large brands
    • Proficiency in PC tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • People management experience
    • Skilled in handling digital data
    • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
    • Results-oriented with strong analytical abilities
    • Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Driven for continuous professional growth
    • Strong leadership qualities and positive mindset
    • Experience with SF platform is a plus
