• Develop & coordinate IR strategy, lead the IR team (6 per.)
• Investor meetings (one-on-one, group, streams)
• Develop all investor-related materials including Investor Days, yearly and quarterly earnings releases
• Provide feedback and sector insights to the C-level management
• Manage the Company`s relationship with sell-side analysts, rating agencies
• Coordinate a team of IT engineers to develop digital surfaces (mobile App for retail shareholders)

Key achievements:

• Sber`s equity story transformed from a bank to the ecosystem of financial and non-financial services (e-commerce, entertainment, cloud etc.)
• Sber reached 2nd  place by mCap in Europe (after HSBC)
• Managed to navigate through a couple of macro-shocks. In 2022 transformed the IR strategy to focus on retail shareholders.
