 Successfully provide technical and marketing support for additives used in lubricants. Customer portfolio analysis, additive selection, consulting, additive supply optimization. Management of test programs. Industrial fluid additives, CVL, PVL, Gear fluids.
 Provision of technical and marketing support for refinery distributed additives for Jet Fuels, Diesel and Gasoline, management of test programs.
 Expertise in technology and marketing of branded fuels. Enhancement of customer’s fuel brand, competitive environment analysis, test program development, test method assessment.  In other words, turnkey branded fuel projects for Lukoil, Rosneft, GazpromNeft and others. Participated in absolutely new concept development and its realization resulted in a new filling station network launch.
 Additive localization project management. Successfully completed jet fuel additive localization project in Russia. Licensing documentation harmonization.
 Conducted training sessions for various customers, including marketing, technical staff and filling stations staff.

 Last 6 months actively involved in Business Integration and Planning role. Supporting sales and inventory management during Force Majeure. Responsible for material transit planning from US plants to EU manufacturing sites and warehouses. Responsible for improvement of expiring materials inventory.
 Last 6 months actively involved in data management for Fuel additives technical team. I developed an application in PowerApp for tender information storage and its analysis. I’m responsible for the keeping and managing all results of fuel additive tests and now developing an application for this purpose.

 I started my work in TNK-BP (Rosneft) as an account manager. I had been responsible for complete sales cycle. Search of new customers, negotiations. Active product consulting in B2B (metal mills, mining, industrial, CVL). Lubricants and special liquids supply management – Hydraulic fluids, Gear lubricants, Compressor lubricants, slideway and all other industrial applications. Pilot industrial application projects management, new product development, test programs development. Commercial and technical negotiations, commercial work, contracting process control and payments and credits control.
 Senior business development manager. Responsibility - Russian mining majors. Arranging of long-term contracts for lubricants supply for big mining companies. Competitive analysis. Tender procedures.

 Support of supply for Komatsu machinery (all types) and consumables (Parts, liquids).
