engineering Heriot-Watt University (UK), a number of certificates on drilling and formation
evaluation in Schlumberger learning centers in the UAE, USA, Russia.
My 16 years of experience includes all stages of formation evaluation process: starting with LWD
tools servicing, assembling, and calibration, then well log acquisition, LWD and WL raw data
processing, environmental corrections, log data corrections (filtering, alignment, and splicing), and
finishing with formation evaluation: multi-mineral analyses, fluid type identification, porosity-
permeability prediction, capillary pressure modeling and net-pay calculation;
Managing Formation Evaluation program: planning, procurement and execution, including QA/QC
of routine LWD, WL, high technology logs, and production logging operations; designing coring
and core study programs, RCA and SCAL; Experience in making audit of logging contractors and
core analysis laboratories;
Skills in evaluation of open- and cased- hole logs using standard petrophysical software: Techlog, Geolog suites.

- Manage logging and coring programs for both exploration and development wells;
- Support deviated drilling:
a) perform petrophysical interpretation while drilling and communicate results to drilling
department with lithology and rock characteristic properties;
b) contribute to well completion design by specifying pay zones and fluid contacts;
c) interpret real-time LWD data and evaluate formation properties starting from clay volume,
net-to-gross ratio, hydrocarbon pore-volume and finishing with calculation of well production rate;
- Manage and interpret high technology WL/LWD logs (such as NMR, FMI, MDT);
- Manage coring with preserved saturation;
- Design Routine and Special Core Analysis programs for quantitative calculation of vuggy porosity,
capillary pressure, bitumen content, mechanical properties, wettability determination and NMR core
analysis including T2 relaxation cutoffs and permeability relationships calibration;
- Integrate and calibrate well log – core – well test data;
- Provide petrophysical support for geological modeling of oilfields in East Siberia region. Update
the models with fresh exploration logging and core data to do field-scale prospectivity assessment
in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team;
- Estimate reserves and defense the results in the State Reserves Committee, Moscow;
- Make audits of logging and coring contractors: regularly visit M/LWD maintenance Base of
logging vendor at wellsite and core analysis laboratories in West Siberia to check their work
processes and calibration facility;
- Develop contracts in SAP: bid preparation, tender evaluation, agreement and maintenance with
contractors providing WL/LWD, production logging and laboratory core study services;
- Make 1D models of rock mechanical properties based on core and logging data for hydraulic
fracture design; Employ neural network based modeling quantitative variables in Techlog;
- Provide petrophysical training and mentoring for both geologists and non-geologists.
Achievements: 1) Arrangement of coring operations with preserved saturation at remote wellsite for
the first time in VCNG project;

2) Self-made training program “Petrophysics for everybody” for both office and field staff ;
3) Final reserves estimation of the main project field (Verkhne-Chonskoye), based on the more than
10 000m of core, and logging data of more than 600 wells. Presentation and defense of Verkhne-
Chonskoye field petrophysical model in the State Reserves Committee, Moscow.
October 2016 – April 2017
Petrophysicist, Zarubezhneft oil company, Moscow
Duties:
- QC initial well logging data of West Paydar and Aban fields in Iran;
- Interpret LWD and WL logs includes NMR, imagers, PEF, acoustics;
- Integrate and calibrate well log-core-test data;
- Create multimineral petrophysical model based on logging and laboratory core study data;
- Collaborate with geologists and reservoir engineers to make an accurate geological model.
Achievements: 1) Building up final report, presentation and the chapter “Petrophysics” in Master
Development Plan for West Paydar and for Aban fields.
2) Completion of reserves estimation project of two fields in Iran (West Paydar and Aban fields).
I worked as a Team lead of petrophysicists to QC logs and to make petrophysical evaluation using
Multimin in Paradigm Geolog suite for carbonate and clastic rocks of both oilfields.
June 2016 – September 2016
Geophysicist, Gazprom, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk
Duties:
- Design and control well open-hole and production logging for Sakhalin offshore exploration
drilling during Summer campaign 2016;
- QC LWD and production logging data
April 2014 - March 2016
Petrophysicist, Schlumberger, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

Duties:
- Process raw LWD data, apply environmental corrections, correct log data (filtering, alignment, and
splicing) for LWD memory and real-time data including GR, GGD, NGD, Sigma, PEF, Neutron
