Support for office telephony and Cisco-based and Avaya-based call centers. Work with
video conferencing systems Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Roomkit, jabber.
My main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, searching for Unified Systems
that exist on the market in order to change the already integrated system, communicate
with vendors and pilot the proposed solutions, creating and modifying IVR, setting up
trunks, resolving incidents with providers, servicing call center agents, adding/changing
phones, agents, users, etc. en masse.

Network Engineer
My main responsibilities included, but were not limited to, receiving and processing
requests from customers in HPSM and JIRA systems, monitoring the operation of the
customer's networks and equipment using Zabbix and configuring network devices such
as:
- Catalyst 2960, 2960-X, 3560CX Switches;
- Routers 28xx, ISR;
- ViPNet Crypto Gateways.
In February 2020, I moved to the position of technical support engineer for telephony and
call centers, where I worked as engineers of the 2nd line of Avaya telephony support, was
engaged in equipment repair and scheduled maintenance.Most of the problems I solved
were related to setting up Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, Call
Manager System, System Manager and one-x communicator or agent softphones. Also I
had a little experience working with Avaya SBC.
Since this was my first experience with telephony, I independently studied a new field for
myself, but if necessary, I turned to the team in which I worked for advice.
