I was responsible for formulating the personnel development policy and determining the directions for its development in accordance with the Company's strategy.

Managed business processes in the field of HR: recruitment, adaptation, motivation, training and development, assessment, talents, control of personnel workflow, compensation and benefits, labor economics, internal communications, corporate culture. I have experience in solving complex personnel issues and labor disputes.
