Managed onshore environmental scope of the TurkStream Project gas pipeline (Russia-Turkey), biodiversity and remediation programs; sites and deliverables review for compliance with governmental and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles)

Achievements: Despite the limited time period, successfully completed all environmental programs, no issued governmental environmental prescriptions, claims in media, no postpone of the Project.


 

2009 – 2017 Caspian Pipeline Consortium, Moscow, Russia, 1500 km oil-pipeline, 6$B Expansion Project in Kazakhstan and Russia 

Lead HSE, Senior Environmental engineer

Coordinated the implementation of the Oil&Gas Producers best practices, safety programs, i.e. Life Saving Rules, Total Safety Instruction, Contractor management; campaign for the completion phase Finish strong! Finish safely!

Completed, reviewed and implemented HSE permits, plans, procedures, instructions, ENVID, HAZOP deliverables, integrated permit-to-work system
