This position will directly oversee all manufacturing activities at PTI Russia and it's related warehouses.

This position involves close collaboration with customers representatives, IFF sites worldwide, and other corporate divisions. The successful candidate must exhibit a high degree of independence, substantial experience, and maturity in handling manufacturing-related matters.

Where You'll Make a Difference

In this position, the top priority will be the development of the PTI Site into a world-class Flavor manufacturing sites, as measured in terms of Compliance, People, Safety, Quality Delivery, Inventory and Costs.

The position is responsible for developing and implementing a regional network strategy that provides service and cost advantages and support the growth of the business.

Responsible for understanding the manufacturing processes requirements and their strict observance.
Coordinating and implementing a corporate operational strategy that ensures global consistency
Guidance and support for the successful completion of continuous improvement projects in support of production goals.

Improving strong relationships with internal and external parties (European management, Global Regulatory Affairs, Sales Team, Customer Services, Planning, Customers and Authority bodies), in order to gain customer intimacy and managing their expectations, in order to increase customer confidence, meet their needs and expectations.

Work closely with all other departments of the organization.

Active leadership of Operations at PTI site
Development of PTI into a world-class Flavors manufacturing site.
Lead process improvement effort for lead-time reduction and cost improvement at the PTI site
Responsible for delivering results in service, quality, costs, safety, hygiene, and morale
Coordination and liaison with key business functions to ensure support of growth of the business.
Development PTI Strategy which supports the Europe strategy
Oversee PTI customer service and planning activities.
Develop tolling strategy and relationships to support business spurts.
Develops succession plan for key positions.
Implement various sustainability initiatives across the PTI site
Lead staff development through performance management.
Actively seek feedback from others and prioritize improvement measures
Prepare written and oral presentations for clients and senior management, if necessary.
Be responsible for timely informing senior management of any critical issues.
Be responsible for the preparation and compliance with the department's operating budgets.

How Would You Stand Out?

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Food /Food production technology).

Work experience from seven to ten years as a Plant manager or similar roles in the food industry as a must.

Significant experience in the field of production in FMCG companies and/or in the food industry
Preferred 1C, ERP user
Advanced user of MS Office applications
Knowledge of process control (SPC).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English as a must
Excellent project management and presentation skills
Preference is given to the Green or Black Six Sigma belt
Ability to work with people, knowledge of personnel development programs
Ability to plan and manage complex and new projects
Team leadership and presentation skills in a Global environment, understanding cultural differences.
In-depth knowledge in the field of building effective customer relationships and cross-functional interaction. An expert who can gain trust and influence these relationships at all levels of the organization.
