Financial Product Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Product Development Lead to join our team at a leading liquidity and technology solutions company.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of financial products that meet the evolving needs of clients in the broker and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Product Development: Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growth by collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedback.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Product Launch: Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specifications.

Requirements:

• Candidate Profile: Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral. B2 Level of Russian.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of delivering and scaling financial software solutions.
