We are seeking a Glass Production Manager to oversee and support all phases of glass production and procurement processes. This role is central to ensuring efficient coordination with factories, accurate cost estimation, and timely communication with clients. You will work remotely with a high level of independence and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and cost estimates based on architectural drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate remotely with the production facility: monitor furnace loads, cutting, and tempering schedules
• Manage logistics and track order fulfillment status
• Communicate with customers: provide updates, technical support, and handle claims
• Procure glass materials and source alternative raw material suppliers
• Oversee supply materials procurement
• Prepare monthly reports on production margin and material yield

Additional duties may include:

• Assisting with production troubleshooting
• Identifying process improvements
• Supporting project documentation and technical validation

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in glass production or related project management
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Knowledge of glass processing (tempering, lamination, printing, IGU)
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Understanding of industry standards (EN 12150, EN 1279, ASTM C1048, ANSI Z97.1)
• Fluent in English (C1–C2) and Russian

Preferred:

• Spanish language skills
• Experience with aluminum or steel spacers
• Lean/process improvement mindset
• Negotiation skills
