    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Representative for Screw and piston compressors OE parts and full set line.

    Regional Sales Representative for the CIS area develops and maintains relationships with clients, identifies new business opportunities, conducts sales presentations, and negotiates contracts.

    The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, staying informed about industry trends, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.


    Qualifications:
    Sales and Negotiation Skills
    Russian speaker, with work proficiency in English
    Knowledge and experience with compressed air systems
    Experience in sales or account management is a plus
    Relationship Management and Networking skills
    Presentation and Communication skills
    Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills
    Ability to work independently and remotely
