Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today. 

Teaching has always been a great passion of mine, and have spent almost all of my adult life helping others complete their goals. I have worked in five different countries around the world and have a great understanding of what it now means to be the “global village”. Over the past 15 years, I have done lessons ranging from the standard classroom to business, IELTS, western culture, and writing development. I have worked in kindergartens, primary schools, and high schools. I have also taught private business classes for several different companies including Best Western Hotel, Dell Computers, and at XiaMen Airlines, training local staff. 

I have lots of experience writing hand-on, engaging lessons that are specifically tailored for every learner’s needs. I enjoy creating and gathering different types of media to make well-rounded lessons for learners that enrich all types of language skills.  

Having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, I decided to carry on my interest in language and move to China in 2006 as an ESL instructor. As I am highly enthusiastic about this career. I have continued to develop my teaching skills in a large variety of environments and conditions. From the ages of 6 to 60 and from one on one teaching to lecture halls, I have had the chance to experience it all. Throughout the last decade, I have attended many workshops, earned my TEFL, as well as my CELTA in order to develop my teaching abilities.
