My first responsibility was to establish representative office in Saint-Petersburg. Some of my targets: find an office; legal issues related to the opening of rep. office; recruitment of the team members; open a bank account. - recruitment for the future needs (full cycle), - adaptation (developing training plan, tutoring plan, tutoring instructions), - motivation, - contracts and all legal issues, - cooperation with Universities (career workshops, company presentations, internships, excursions to the office place), participation in Job Fairs, - work with Russian migration service (work permits, short-term and long-term registrations), - evaluations (360 degrees, face-to-face evaluation). As a result of my work we have a stable team with no luck of people (last year hired 25% more than a hiring plan), now we are focused in growth and development of talents, all labor documentation is in order, strong relationships with Universities, and a beautiful workplace.
September 2013 - November 2014
I was working as accountant for 3 business units: Czech, Spanish and Polish offices. My main responsibilities were: - book keeping of supplier's invoices and all administrative costs; - work with interoffices, recharges; - closing, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; - VAT calculation and reporting to state office; - planning of the budget; Our company mostly worked with Concorde software, but then we started to work with Czech office which was book keeping in Axapta. My target was to learn working with it on my own. I had achieved it successfully and then could help to some of my colleagues.
