I have BSc in statistics, MSc with population studies, MSc Fundamental Informatics and information technology (data science), and I took one semister MBA management course 

I have also worked with private, governmental, and non-governmental organizations for more than eight years in research, data collection, analysis, and reporting. In addition, I have experience with monitoring and evaluation, database management, and developing online and computer-based data collection platforms. Plan, implement, manage, and report on various projects, including the WASH Practices Survey, Livelihood Based Drought Recovery Project, Nutrition at the Center Project, Commercial Contract Enforcement in Ethiopia, end line HDDS, and CSI survey of ECHO projecy. I participated in the ECHO project survey as a monitoring and evaluation officer, as well as providing training to its sister organizations and branch officials concerning mobile data collection systems and other WASH topics. I was worked in Living Water International as M & E officer. I also facilitate and provide training for its sister organizations and branch officials about the mobile data collection system and other WASH training.  Additionally, in the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce, I had a fruitful study output.  Generally, in most of my activities, I prepared and provided M & E tools, evaluated the result, and applied different econometrics models to predict and forecast the cases.  Furthermore, have eight years of teaching experience in colleges, universities, and training facilitation for experts and policymakers from governmental and non-profit sectors. In particular, teaching a wide range of courses from analytical software training to advanced research method courses during my graduate career. As literature, I believe teaching and research should go hand in hand. When teaching research courses, I like to incorporate my research into class by providing additional materials that complement regular class content.  I have two published journals, two scripts ready for publication, and I signed an agreement with Kazan Federal University to publish my final dissertation. Within the past year, I  was invited to four international conferences to participate and orally present my script. I gave a piece of advice for students who are preparing their dissertations and theses in different subject areas.  During my short career, I  get the opportunity to know the wide data management problems found at the international and national levels. So, I can become a central member of your team for the issued post.

Through my work as the base of the data collector, entry clerk, database officer, data analyst, assistance consultancy, and consultancy for various organizations, I have built a strong record of noteworthy attainments in increasingly more responsible data science, engineering, AL, NPL, and NNL knowledge during my long educational and short career. And also I have a demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of general office coordination.

Based on my education, skills, and experience, I feel that I would be an outstanding candidate for this position. Aside from my BSc in Statistics, I also have an MSc in Population Studies, an MSc in data science, and an MBA in fundamental management. I am well acquainted with more than twelve analytical software programs and use them all on a daily basis.
