• Created from scratch methodologies for evaluating functionality, quality of user experience and design for more than 35 digital banks for business (mobile and web apps of banks).
• Lead a team that implements the full cycle of research.
• Improved the internal product – the rating of digital banking services, which is the basis for the development of the fintech industry in the country. My actions to improve research methodology, increased the popularity of the product and brought in ten new customers. 
• Prioritized backlog with product teams for more than 20 products based on qualitative and quantitative research.
• Created author's manuals for writing high-quality research findings for business and made a workshop for all agency employees. 

• Successfully completed usability consulting projects with more than 50 digital services, most of which have become regular partners of the agency.
• Developed user roadmaps for business mobile banking, on the basis of which 2 apps were built from scratch and got 100 000 downlands and 4.7 mark in store. Furthermore, a dozen existing banks released new features and have improved their product metrics based on these roadmaps.
• Trained 5 interns and junior researchers who grew up to middle researchers under my supervision. 
• Developed a guide for high-quality usability testing and trained 10 employees on it.

Freelance UX researcher

• Created from scratch methodologies for evaluating functionality, quality of user experience and design for more than 50 services from various categories (music and movie streaming services, mobile browsers, password managers, marketplaces, classifieds, mobile banks, etc.). 

The results provide answers and clear recommendations to product teams on how to prioritize the backlog, redesign or improve product metrics.

CommON (neuroTech startup)

• Conducted more than 50 analytical studies, on the basis of which key management decisions were made.
• Developed a manual on the basics of analytics and neural interfaces, which were included in the basic training course for interns. 
• Mentored and managed a team of 11 interns who were actively involved in the development of each of the products.

Research Scientist

• Implemented of scientific research in laboratories (neuroscience, age-related psychogenetics, psychophysiology of creativity).
• Writing 10 publications in scientific journals (including peer-reviewed Scopus and Web of Science).
• Participated in a dozen international conferences with reports.
