My name is Anastasia. I am Project Manager with overall nearly 3 years of experience within IT industry: positions of a Project Manager, Production Manager. I had been working with Golova Media from September 2020 to November 2022. I've been employed as Production Manager by Vivid Unity from February 2023 till July 2023. Have successfully managed a number of projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 

Since fall 2020 for two years I have been working as Project Manager at Golova Media. My job was to make team more productive and communicate with each member to design goal-oriented task management. I prepared user story maps, business, functional and non-functional requirements documentation for collaborative work of clients and team members of the project. I know how to calmly resolve crisis or conflict. I know the significance of the prototyping stage and effort it needs. I see advantages and downfalls of both agile and waterfall models.

I have also been working as a Production Manager at Vivid Unity from February 2023 till recent. I integrated work in Sprints to our projects such as: gaming platforms both web and mobile apps Mooir and w6, and for mobile app for chats and calls Wevive. I have been preparing the launch of the project to the stores. I know how important are deadlines or the project to be kept on by investors and their expectations. I could translate the elements of the user interest into technology that the product can provide, including negotiations with both the team and the client in terms of timeframes that could be used.
